Role

Als Founder 's Associate arbeitest du direkt mit den Gründern zusammen und bist an nahezu allen zentralen Themen des Unternehmens beteiligt – von Fundraising über Strategie bis hin zu operativen Kernprozessen.

Die Rolle ist bewusst breit angelegt und ideal für jemanden, der später selbst gründen, ein Venture führen oder eine Führungsrolle übernehmen möchte. Du bekommst maximale Einblicke, echte Verantwortung und die Möglichkeit, Themen von 0→1 und 1→10 umzusetzen.

Your tasks

Fundraising & Investor Relations

Vorbereitung von Investor- & Board-Präsentationen (Decks, Memos, KPI-Narratives)
Unterstützung bei Fundraising-Prozessen (Research, Datenräume, Analysen, Follow-ups)
Pflege und Strukturierung von Investoren-Kommunikation
Unterstützung bei Board-Meetings (Agenda, Materialien, Protokolle)

Strategy & Special Projects

Projektmanagement für strategische Sonderprojekte (z. B. Internationalisierung, neue Geschäftsmodelle, M&A-Screenings)
Strukturierte Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Business-Analysen

Founder Support (Sales & Daily Business)

Unterstützung bei Sales-Themen (Follow-ups, Angebotsentwürfe, Kundenkommunikation)
Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Founder-Inbox & To-Dos

Finance & Operations

Unterstützung bei Finance- & Accounting-Operations (Planung, Analysen, Forecasts)
Vorbereitung von Budget-, Cashflow- und KPI-Übersichten

AI & Workflow Automation

Identifikation und Umsetzung von AI-basierten Automatisierungen

People Operations & Hiring

Unterstützung bei Hiring-Prozessen (Screening, Interview-Koordination, Scorecards)
Mitarbeit an People- & Org-Themen (Rollen, Prozesse, Reviews)

Your profile

Exzellenter akademischer Hintergrund (z. B. BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen)
Erste relevante Erfahrung in Consulting, VC, PE, Startup, Investment Banking oder Strategy
Sehr starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Maß an Ownership, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Interesse an Tech, Startups und AI
Fähigkeit, schnell zu lernen und zwischen Themen zu wechseln
